At Altered Artworks, every piece is made to order — printed, packaged, and shipped just for you. Because each item is custom-produced, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to make things right if something goes wrong.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Send an email to d.a.roseartworks@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos clearly showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

2. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us. We’ll work with our production and shipping partners to track it down or send a replacement if necessary.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong print, size, or item, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll provide a corrected replacement free of charge.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Because all our products are print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or design ordered by mistake

  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper care

Please double-check your order details and product descriptions before completing checkout.

5. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it immediately begins production. For that reason, orders cannot be canceled or modified after they’ve been submitted.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
